  2. Add clusters of seedless grapes and cheese slices around the bowl at the top.
  3. Fill in the spaces around the top bowl with meats and cheese cubes.
  4. Start grouping items around the other two bowls.
  5. Close in the gaps around the bowls with veggies, fruits, cheeses and meats.
  6. Fill up the small bowls with nuts, crumbly cheese and hummus.
  7. Use nuts, chips and dried fruit to fill in the rest of the spaces.

  • 1 bunch red seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces white cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • 6 each pepperoni wrapped mozzarella
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 8 ounces cranberry toasts
  • 3 small cucumbers (sliced)
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 each fontina cheese wedge
  • 1 cup salami
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 4 ounces feta cheese cubes
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cups roasted almonds

Instructions

  • Place 3 mini bowls on an empty bamboo charcuterie board.
